Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please record a video while unboxing to simplify returns in case of damage, defect, or missing items.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
Damaged product
Defective or poor-quality product
Wrong item delivered
Size issues (if applicable)
Missing item(s)
The following products are not eligible for return:
Grocery items
Beauty or personal care products
Innerwear and undergarments
Customized or made-to-order items
The product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
The item is returned after the 7-day return window.
"No longer needed" or buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for return.
Seal of a branded product is broken.
Industrial product was mishandled by the customer.
Part of a combo/set is returned individually.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via secure banking channels (NEFT, UPI, etc.).
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds (if eligible) will be processed via NEFT, Cheque, or Demand Draft after collecting bank details from the customer.
No deductions will be made, and pickup will be arranged by us (if eligible).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return pickup and quality check.
